Public records and reporting
As a Czech endowment fund we are subject to statutory disclosure. Our registration details, founding documents and future annual reports are public records, and we link to them directly rather than asking anyone to take our word for it.
Registration
The fund is entered in the Foundation Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague. The register entry is maintained by the Czech Ministry of Justice and is the authoritative source for the details below.

Collection of Deeds
Czech law requires foundations and endowment funds to file their founding documents and financial statements in a public Collection of Deeds (sbírka listin). Ours is published by the Ministry of Justice and is available to anyone without registration.

Financial reporting
The fund's first accounting period runs from its establishment on 29 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Financial statements for that period will be prepared under Czech accounting legislation and filed in the Collection of Deeds linked above, where they become permanently public.
We are not publishing figures before that period closes. Doing so would mean presenting incomplete accounts, and the filed statement is the document that carries any weight.
Alongside the statutory filing we will publish a plain-language summary on this page: what the fund received, what it spent, and on which activities.
First annual report
Expected after the close of the accounting period on 31 December 2026, and published here and in the Collection of Deeds.
How the fund's resources are used
Resources may be used only for the purpose recorded in the register: supporting IT development, digital literacy and cybersecurity, and the accessibility of modern technology to the public. This is a legal restriction, not a policy we can quietly change.
Decisions on spending are made by the Board of Directors and reviewed by the auditor, a supervisory position separate from the board and recorded in the public register.
The fund does not charge the people it is set up to help, and does not use its resources to support political parties or movements.
