About Us
Who we are
Nadační fond INTEWAY is a Czech endowment fund established to support information technology, digital literacy and cybersecurity, and to widen access to modern technology.
How the fund came about
The fund was founded by a notarial deed (NZ 426/2026) executed on 28 July 2026 and was entered into the Foundation Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague on 29 July 2026 under file number N 2971. That founding deed is a public document and can be downloaded from the Collection of Deeds operated by the Czech Ministry of Justice.
The reason for setting it up is simple. Technology in the Czech Republic advances faster than the ability of many people to use it safely and confidently. A person who cannot verify whether a message is genuine, or who has never had a device of their own to learn on, is not a niche case. The gap tends to fall along lines of age, income and geography.
Rather than run one project informally, we chose the endowment fund form deliberately. It binds us to a stated purpose, subjects us to Czech foundation law, requires a supervisory role separate from the board, and makes our founding documents and accounts a matter of public record. For an organisation asking others for trust and for support, that accountability is the point.
Our purpose, as registered
Support for the development of information technology, digital literacy and cybersecurity, and support for the accessibility of modern technologies to the general public.
This is the purpose recorded in the public register. The fund's resources may be used only in pursuit of it.
Governance
The fund is governed under Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code). The people below hold registered positions and are listed in the public register.
Chair of the Board of Directors
Radek Bláha
Statutory body of the fund. Acts on its behalf and is responsible for its management. In office since 29 July 2026.
Auditor (revizor)
Robin Bláha
Supervisory body, separate from the Board of Directors. Reviews the fund's accounts and the lawful use of its resources. In office since 29 July 2026.
Day-to-day operations
The registered positions above set out who is legally responsible. This is who does the daily work.
Administrator and technical lead
Robin Bláha
Robin administers the fund's own systems, including its Google Workspace, and leads its technical projects, among them the infrastructure and training work at ZŠ Montessori Kladno. He also holds the registered position of auditor described above. The fund is small and these roles overlap; we would rather state that openly than leave it to be discovered.

How we work
The fund does not hold assets for their own sake. Contributions it receives are directed to activities that fall within the registered purpose above: educational materials, workshops, equipment placed where it will be used, and support for projects run by others whose aims match ours.
Decisions on the use of funds are made by the Board of Directors. The auditor reviews those decisions and the accounts in the supervisory role required by law. Accounting is kept in accordance with Czech accounting legislation, and the annual report is filed in the public Collection of Deeds.
We do not charge fees to the people we are set up to help.
